Our Shipping Policy

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship, including orders marked for express delivery. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4-5 business days to ship. The estimated processing times will be displayed at checkout when you select your shipping method. 

You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier. 

On average, USA orders are delivered within 3-7 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner.

We do not (yet) ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
